The booking at our Bed & Breakfast DIMORA DEGLI ULIVI is subject to the following conditions, which are accepted at the time of the confirmation of the same.

How to Request Availability and Booking:

The booking at the B&B DIMORA DEGLI ULIVI can be performed through the dedicated ‘Booking System,’ in the Homepage, or via Email to: booking@dimoradegliulivi.com

Check-In:

The number of total number of people that can book refers only to adults and children older than 14 years old (accompanied by an adult).

Deposit:

To confirm a reservation is required to guarantee the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of thetotal Amount of the stay.
, The deposit must be paid by the Guest through:
– Bank Transfer in the Ordinary for reservations with arrival long term (over 10 days), within 3 days from the date of confirmation of availability.
– Instant Bank transfer for bookings with arrival in the short-term (3 to 5 days), within 24 h from the receipt of the confirmation of availability.

The Deposit must mention the booking reference (Name, Dates of stay).

The details for the payment of the Transfer will be provided after confirmation of availability.
After the receiving of the payment of the deposit, will be communicated to the Guest confirmation of the reservation on the part of the B&B: from that moment on, the reservation will be definitively confirmed.

A Refundable Tariff:

The fare refundable guarantees the repayment of the deposit should the client cancel the booking up to 21 days before date of check-in.
The cancellation by the 20th day up to the date of arrival, does not provide for a refund of the deposit paid.

NON Refundable rate:

The NON-refundable rate is expected for those that prefer to pay the full amount at the time of booking, taking advantage of an additional discount.
If the booking is cancelled by the customer, or in case of no show (no show), the amount paid will not be refunded.

Balance:

The balance will be paid on the arrival day, preferably in cash.
For stays of at least 7 nights, you can pay the balance by Bank Transfer to the Ordinary to be paid from the date of arrival.

For stays of at least 3 nights, you can pay the balance by bank Transfer Instant Bank to be paid from the date of arrival.

Tax:

The Tax provided for this property is € 1,00 per person / night, during the period 01 June – 30 September;
Of Eur 0.50 for the remaining months, as provided for by the Legislation of the municipality.

Changes and/or Cancellations:

The deposit will be refunded, net of bank charges, in the event that you cancel or change your reservation up to 21 days before date of arrival, or to be held valid for a next stay.

Failure To Arrive (No Show):

In the case of non-arrival and/or cancellation, the deposit paid will not be refunded.

Check-in:

The delivery of the rooms is scheduled from 15.30 to 20.30 hours unless you have special needs, which will be agreed at least 24 hours prior to arrival.

At the time of check-in, each guest will be asked for a valid id for the registration provided for by the rules in force. Failure to submit this document will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking.

At the time of arrival will be given the keys to room and entrance door of the property, which must be returned at time of departure.

Check-out:

The rooms must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.

For special needs, and for the eventual luggage storage beyond the check-in and check-out, please contact us.

The early departure does not entitle you to any refund.

Times and place of the breakfast:

The complimentary breakfast is offered buffet with assisted service, and in the porch of the garden, at 08.00 09.30 hours.

Animals:

Pets are not allowed, of any size.

B&B No Smoking:

Smoking is not allowed inside of the facility, but it is possible to smoke in open spaces.

Room cleaning:

Cleaning and tidying up of the rooms is done on a daily basis.
Towels are changed every day and bed linen every three days.

To allow the cleaning of the rooms, it is advisable to vacate the room by 10:00.
In the event the room is not vacated by 11:30, the reorganization and cleaning of the room will be made the next day.

Minibar:

Each room has its own mini-bar. The management offers daily 4 bottles of 0.50 l of water, and 4 capsules of coffee. A further request will be charged at the end of the stay.

The menu of the mini-bar is available by scanning the QR code of the Web App of the B&B.

Non-return of keys:

Loss or damage of the keys, involves the payment of $ 100.00.

For a serene vacation:

It is not allowed to accommodate more people in excess of the number set at the time of booking.

Any damage to the structure, the content including the linens and furniture, having the responsibility, will be charged to the guest at the time of departure.

Claims:

Will not be considered for reimbursement requests received after completing the period of stay.
NOTE: we do not accept any responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to the objects of Your property left unattended in rooms. The operator disclaims all civil and criminal liability for acts caused by Guests or for failing to comply with this regulation in all its parts.

Privacy policy:

The information that the client from the hotel by phone, in person, via fax or via a contact form will be processed by the hotel, if not otherwise agreed, for the following purposes:

  • for purposes that are relevant to the contract (reservation data)
  • for the purposes relating to the laws, regulations or EU regulations (for example, sheets of information in accordance with the provisions of the law)
  • periodic information
  • surveys on customer satisfaction
  • The customer has at any time the right to access, update, correction or deletion of the data or object to their processing according to D. Lgs 196/2003.
